The Swiss Snowkiting School offers professionally trained instructors to guide you through snowkite lessons geared towards all levels from beginners to advanced.

We also run a kite shop and a snowkite test center with Ozone kites, Flysurfer & GIN kites which is located on the Simplonpass.

Snowkiting - kiteboarding on skis or snowboard

In many ways snowkiting is easier than kitesurfing due to less friction and thus requiring less power (i.e lighter winds, smaller kites). Practiced either on skis or on a snowboard; the snowkiting lessons cover all aspects of snow kiting also known as kite-skiing. The beginner courses cover all the skills required to get going and the improver snow kiting course (kitesurfing cross-over course) develops skills and awareness to climb mountains and safely plan trips in the back country.
